WE HAVE TWO 600V-347V TRANSFORMERS IN THE PLANT I WORK AT.IN BOTH 347V SYSTEMS, THE NEUTRAL IS NOT GROUNDED.IS THIS RIGHT, SHOULDN'T THE NEUTRAL BE GROUNDED.

Rule 10-206 says the system must be grounded at the transformer or the first switch after the transformer. Also read the subsections of rule 10-206. So the neutral would have to be grounded and bonded to the enclosure at either the transformer or the first switch after, but not both.

A little more info on the paticular system you are taking about would be helpful.
